Job Description
The assembler builds and repairs trailers using hand and power tools in a fast-paced, physically demanding manufacturing environment. This role involves working from blueprints and written instructions to complete high-quality assemblies with a strong focus on accuracy and craftsmanship. New hires begin by rebuilding trailers that have been flagged for quality issues before transitioning into full assembly responsibilities.

Work Environment
This role is based in a very large manufacturing facility that is not climate controlled, so it tends to be cool in the winter and hot in the summer. The environment is loud, and ear plugs are required and provided. Assemblers work 10-hour shifts, with 1st shift typically running from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with regular overtime available on Fridays for approximately 8 hours. All employees train on first shift during their first week (5:30 AM to 4:00 PM) before reporting to their designated shift starting in the second week. The dress code includes jeans, a work-appropriate T-shirt, and steel toe shoes. A hard hat and ear plugs are provided on site. Steel toe shoes are mandatory; individuals who arrive without them will be sent home and will need to delay their start until the following week

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
