Job Title: Automotive Sales Consultant (Paid Training + High Earning Potential)

Location: Arden / West Asheville Area

Position Type: Full-Time, Competitive Base + Performance Bonuses

Expected First-Year Earnings: $65,000 – $110,000+ (Top performers earn $130k+)

What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day):

As a Sales Consultant, you are a trusted advisor. You aren't "pushing" cars; you are helping customers find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle and budget.

• Connect & Guide: Greet customers in the showroom and online, listening to their needs with genuine curiosity and empathy.
• Be the Expert: Become a product guru on the Chevy lineup, guiding clients through exciting tech features, test drives, and vehicle capabilities.
• Build Relationships: Maintain open communication with your buyers before, during, and long after the sale to create customers for life.
• Collaborate: Work side-by-side with our management and finance teams to structure transparent, seamless deals for your clients.

Who You Are:

• A People Person: You possess excellent communication skills and can naturally build rapport with anyone you meet.
• Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Comfortable using modern CRM software, tablets, and learning advanced vehicle technology.
• Driven & Goal-Oriented: You love the feeling of hitting targets and controlling your own paycheck.
• Professional & Ethical: You value transparency, honesty, and treating customers like family.
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and a positive, high-energy attitude. (Must be able to pass a standard background check/drug screen).
