Sales Closer 

Guardian Tax | Irvine, CA | Full-Time | In-Office

Guardian Tax is seeking experienced Sales Closers to join our growing Irvine sales team. We're looking for sales professionals who excel in phone-based conversations, build trust quickly, overcome objections effectively, and consistently deliver results.

You'll work with 100% warm inbound opportunities from individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax debt concerns. There is no cold calling or prospecting required — your focus will be on understanding each client's situation, presenting the right solutions, handling objections, and closing opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and goals
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
• Present solutions clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Address questions and overcome objections while guiding clients toward a decision
• Manage follow-up activity and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years of phone sales experience required
• Experience managing sales conversations from discovery through close
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to confidently present solutions and close deals
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment

Full-Time | In-Office

Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
One half-day Saturday per month
