Candidates should be able to work both indoors and outdoors for extended periods. Must have afternoon availability. The site is a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing and research facility, and we are looking for security officers who are interested in working in a professional environment guided by established policies and procedures.

PalAmerican Security - Unarmed Security Guard

As an Unarmed Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of multiple sites, ensuring a positive atmosphere for residents and visitors.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle
• Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
• Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities

What You Need:

• Clean driving record and Driver's License
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Positive response under stress
• Moderate computer skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow written and spoken directions
• Comfortable working independently
• Ability to walk and/or stand for up to two hours at a time
• Attention to detail and superior integrity
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for creating a safe environment
• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience if preferred
