Technical Assembler Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:00pm )

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components using blueprints, work instructions, and diagrams.
• Use hand tools, power tools, drill presses, and riveters to complete assembly tasks.
• Measure parts and assemblies using micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.

Technical Assembler Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in electrical or mechanical assembly is preferred; experience with precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers is highly desired.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for safety and training purposes.
• Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift and lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Must successfully complete required pre-employment screening, including a physical assessment, medical evaluation, and job simulation testing.
