Our challenge
We are seeking a Workday Lead/Analyst Absence to support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Absence Management and Core HCM. This role will partner closely with HR, Legal, and internal application teams to ensure absence plans, leave policies, and employee data are accurately maintained, compliant, and aligned with company policy.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with Workday Absence and HCM configuration, and can independently manage absence and leave plan setup end-to-end, including accrual logic, carryover rules, and leave of absence management, with minimal oversight.
