This is not a paid media role.
This is not a traditional lifecycle marketing role.
The primary focus of this position is owning CRO strategy, Shopify site optimization, A/B testing programs, and managing website development projects from concept to implementation.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying growth opportunities, prioritizing testing roadmaps, managing cross-functional teams, and driving measurable improvements in conversion rates, average order value, customer experience, and revenue.
You'll work closely with designers, developers, project managers, and clients to ensure Shopify enhancements are strategically prioritized, properly executed, and continuously optimized.
You're a strategist, not just a project manager. You don't wait for clients to tell you what to build - you bring ideas to them. You understand their business, their customers, and their goals well enough to make recommendations that move the needle. You're always learning what's working in subscription CPG so you can bring fresh thinking to your clients.
You're data-driven. You don't make strategic recommendations based on gut feel - you dig into the numbers, understand what's working, and use data to guide decisions. You measure what matters and optimize relentlessly.
You're a leader and a doer. You own outcomes, not just tasks. When something needs to happen, you make it happen - whether that means directing your team, jumping in yourself, or having a tough conversation with a client.
You're deeply curious. You're the kind of person who's always learning - not just during work hours, but because you genuinely enjoy getting better at your craft. You study what drives conversion, follow industry trends, and constantly sharpen your strategic thinking whether you're on the clock or not.
You care about the brands you're working with. Subscription CPG excites you - you get why retention matters, you understand the nuances of how customers buy consumable products, and you want to be part of helping great brands grow.
You see AI tools as leverage to work smarter and expand what you're capable of, not shortcuts to avoid doing the thinking.
You are a Shopify growth strategist who understands how to improve conversion rates, optimize customer experiences, manage website projects, and drive measurable business outcomes.
You enjoy working directly with clients, leading cross-functional teams, and turning data into actionable recommendations. You're equally comfortable developing testing strategies, managing development priorities, and presenting growth opportunities to stakeholders.
If you're passionate about Shopify, CRO, subscription commerce, and helping brands scale through data-driven experimentation, we'd love to hear from you.
